After you paste the link there's a space remaining within the address that you have to take out; then it should work.

I agree rat - forget about any help from that politically motivated bunch. But they may have helped us out in a round about way...

15+ years ago the Planning Board had to give approval to this project (the courts were involved). The planning board approval is all done and has been for longer than our current administration or even current planning board has been in place. The school board has known about this plan for years, 15+ years and about 2 years ago I recall being at a BOE meeting where the town gadfly (he who must not be names) mocked the BOE for using the proposed enrollment numbers that included Pond View. He gave them such a hard time and was extremely distracting. I wish I could say we had a strong BOE and strong Superintendant, but sadly it was Thomas Parciak who was useless in his last few years. The board allowed themselves to be distracted by this gadfly. I am sure he was very happy with himself, thinking he saved the day with his twisted logic.

Now we are left with a major influx of students coming and NO plan and NO place to educate them. I can think of one property that would lend itself well to a school complex and I know we could get it for 10.5 million. Yes, 140 Green Pond Rd.

ED... not such a bad idea after all is it.

Hang on to your chair there BuDDY wouldnt want ya ta fall out!

Quoting RT Concern:

" - - - and I know we could get it for 10.5 million."

huh?

We could get it for whatever we think that the fair market value of it is. Just because he overpaid, does not mean that we need to. I say that 140 GPR is a white elephant. It is worth, at best around 4 to 5 megs. If he does not like our offer, let him whistle!

Let not his stupidity become our liability.
