Fast Track Clause - Highlands Bill

Folks,

Watch out for the "Fast Track" clause in the Highlands bill.  It guarantees fast decisions (I think 45 days) and probably also opens the system up to corruption. A Committe will decide these things.   CC has the money, so - - - human nature will prevail.

We as a township have the bucks too, but we do not want to spend it because of our naive nature..  The difference here is that CC does not have that problem.

Please read carefully. The fast track bill is its own bill.  The Highlands Bill covers the highlands region.  The Fast Track Bill encourages development in NON highlands areas.

The first question that will probably be presented to the committee is as follows:

Is the Agilent Property really covered by this Highlands Bill?

Or, was it a political favor?

The REAL question that needs to be asked is WHY was the space not included in the first draft of the Highlands Bill.

The error was corrected and our wellfields are now protected as they should have been all along.

I pray that you are right, but money talks.  BS walks.  He is spending the money and we are sitting around talking about it.
