Which forum allows more "Free Speech"?

The Starks forum now only allows posts from those who oppose CC. Apparently they are completely unable to refute the points of those who disagree with them. They had no problem allowing (and contributing) foul language on their fourm. Even wishing someone a "slow, painful death" was acceptable. I guess that's because that post came from the board Admin, Scott Stark. Their message board is run more like the a Facist regime now. Any dissenters are immediately eliminated. So much for "Free Speech" there.

Then there's NJ.com. Church opposers think their only anti-CC posts are deleted. They have no basis for this argument, but they believe it as gospel. I have seen pro-CC posts deleted there and have had my "neutral" posts deleted there as well. It seems to me that nj.com spends a lot of time pruning their board, and it's not only anti-CC posts that they're removing. But the blind church opposers are convinced that there is some great conspiracy going on. Yet the facts don't support that myth.

And then there's this board. Pointless posts are occasionally deleted. But dissenting views remain, and seem to be welcomed.

Of course, only a few brave souls from the opposers group dare venture onto this board where they know their arguments will meet the full light of day and not be protected by Scott Stark and his mighty delete key!

It's pretty clear where the "Free Speech" board is now.

With "Free Speech" comes the likelyhood that those with weak arguments will quickly be called to explain and defend what they post. They'll be held accountable. And it appears that most church opposers just can't handle that kind of pressure.

This is actually not true, as you know.

I understand you're upset with my husband for kicking you off of our property when you came by without any adults at my house, to have a little heart-to-heart with my son.

But the real truth is, only your instigating self and Ted Doty are blocked from that board. Anyone would agree that the threads they were involved with were not only non-productive, but actually detracted from the issues at hand. Back to top

What on earth are you talking about?? I have never been to your house, nor do I know who your son is. I have no idea where you live, and you have no idea who I am. Why must you persist in this fantasy of pretending to know the identities of anonymous posters?

In any case, you know that your forum is a completely closed forum now. Have there been any opposing posts on your forum since you guys "went Nazi" ? I haven't seen any.

Why are you guys so afraid of Ted? His rants were nothing compared to the outlandishness of Mr. Maier. You banned him because he disagreed with you, plain and simple. There's really nothing more to it than that. He didn't swear and he didn't wish that his detractors would die. You guys did all those things.

I'm just glad they have an open mind over here at this forum so they allow me AND you to post.

You're right...now that you and Ted are banned from the other forum, I can't imagine why there are no posts supporting the church.
