Thanks for the nice words, guys.

It's an emotional issue for many of us.

We feel a little powerless that as citizens of this great country, the RLUIPA law makes us second class citizens.  We seem to have no voice, no say in the matter.

I know we got carried away a lot and we all said some things that under other circumstances we wouldn't dream of. Sometimes, though, internet anonymity provides a good shield for people who like to provoke anger then run screaming to the press (as I'm sure you'll soon learn about!)

Scott and I realized that in providing the forum for us to speak freely, we were also inadvertantly taking away a far more productive forum--Letters to the newspaper and to our leaders. Right now, we're venting on the board and no one else knows but us!

We feel better, but what got accomplished?

So please, go write a letter to the editor, send a rebuttal to the nonsense that these people are submitting! Let the community know that we're concerned about this huge project, and we can't have it here.
