Ted is so off base and the poor guy hasn't a clue.  Instead of using his energies for good as others with disabilities have he has become an angry and obviously unbalanced man attacking any and every successful person he comes across.  Instead of applauding the accomplishments of his fellow man his jealousy overtakes him and he attacks all who are successful.  The more successful the more he attacks.  His problems are obvious to everyone but him.  He has become the town clown and he doesn't realize it.  In his list of nine reasons Lisa has failed there were his opinions (to which he is entitiled) and not one fact.  His name calling is childlike.  If only he could channel his energies to help his fellow man he might get the positive attention he longs for. He is to be pitied. You reap what you sow Ted.
