The only real obscentity that I see going on here on this bbs is the concept of one man trying force his will upon an entire town despite that towns peoples attempt at resistance. The whole idea that one man can insist that another man must serve under the force of law is obscene.  That man is Ireland and that town is Rockaway Township.


What has more negative IMPACT on people?  Ireland and his forceful planning to control this town or me and my occasional cursing on this bbs?  Lets grow up folks.

The cursing would not be so bad if it were not used to promote a bigoted and racist agenda. And that's coming from someone who actually agrees with you on CC being too big to fit here in it's present scale. If anything, you are hurting your own cause by sharing "Maier Kamf" with the rest of us.

Right. Your suppositions of the inner city moving here from Montclair, and the increase in crime, property values etc. are not bigoted or racist. Is it perhaps then that part of "Maier Kamf" is the concept of seperate but equal? You sir are delusional.

My concepts about inner city folks moving here and effecting crime rates are based on simple common sense statistics, and personal life experience, something that Policitcally Correct Adicts like yourself would be completely blind to.


BTW - have you run the "real estate" test yet.  If you have not, just shut the hell up.


To all in town: (this will only take you about 10 minutes)


Call any real estate broker.  Tell them you live in RT.  You simply want to know the answer to the following:


"If I sell my RT home, can I purchase another comparable home anywhere in Morris county for the same amount of money that my RT home will fetch." 


In case you are too lazy to do this, the answer is a resounding


NO.


Try it.


As for my concern about the decreasing value of my RT assets, you bet your ass I am concerned about that. We live on Meriden! Our life savings are tied up here.  Maybe you are rich and it does not matter to you.  It matters to us.


So, if working an entire lifetime and:


1. Not wanting our assets depleted by an inner city business like CC make us out to be bigots in your eyes, so be it.


2. Wanting to live in a town wherein we do not subject ourselves to an inordinate amount of crime makes us out to be bigots in your eyes, so be it.


3. If a bunch of Fundy Christians describe those of us with non Christian beliefs to be going to hell and not getting into heaven as far as they can see and I take exception to that and find it abhorent and that makes me out to be a bigot in your eyes, so be it.


Lastly, none of you should respond to this post if you are intellectually honest unless you can claim the following:


1. You have checked out the present value of your real estate. (use the 10 minute method)


2. You have lived in the inner city for a protracted period of time like I have and witnessed the horror inner city crime first hand.


3. You have not studied the crime statistics compared to RT.


4. You are unaware that cc has a prisoner reform program and a drug rehab program.

Poking this small caged animal with a stick may not be very sporting, but it does tend to teach us alot. No need to prove the bigot thesus, since the bigot is doing such a wonderful job of proving the point with his own words. There is no doubt that there has been alot of substance in the maier manifesto,most of it disturbing to decent minded folk. Again, therein lies the problem.Bringing some relevent facts and figures to the debate does not excuse the non-relevent bias and bigotry that you have brought to the debate in much larger volume.You are also confusing the concepts of common decency for political correctness. But somehow, I don't find that surprising. I suggest that you contact a mental health professional, and then you can tell him/her to S.T.F.U.

Yeah, I'm done for now ... I have a bad habit of involving myself to right-a-wrong or to illustrate contradictory messages.


It's just annoying sometimes because as much as he wears his heart on his sleeve and clearly has passionate convictions and beliefs ... he does not seems to realize or care how much of
an impact and DETRIMENT his biasness and behavior is to the whole scheme of things.  One has to see the world through his rose-colored glasses ... otherwise they are the *enemy* - even if they (we) are on the same side of the fence of the issue !!!!!


It's really quite sad to see such waste.
