From what I understand, especially regarding my own lawsuit against him, is that attacks on public figures like the mayor is pretty much fair game, unfortunately. The allegations that one makes against such figures can be completely without merit for whatever reason - - - I am not sure why (I am not a lawyer). However, the attacks against VORT and their so called conspiracy - - - unless that can actually be proven to be true is actionable. Ted is indeed on very thin ice there, as Lisa has already pointed out, especially since one could easily seperate the orgainization called VORT from the individuals who run it. Ted slandered the individuals who run that org personally by making his allegation. He used specific names like Lisa. I understand that he may have crossed the line here.
He really does enjoy being sued. He tried another attempt on myself yesterday in an attempt to get me to make a racist comment.
He is a pure bred scumbad. Watch out for him because he does cross the line and when he does, that is actionable.
A very clear example of it is when he intimated that I make my living by sueing members of my family. He was offered the opportunity to do the following:
1. Name the family member that I sued (he never did)
2. Make a public apology (he never did)
3. Therefore, lawsuit.
That is how you deal with him according to my lawyer(s). Just follow the pattern of 1,2,3. Ya gotta give him a chance to proove his allegations and /or retract the statement publically. Then ya goto step 3.
