It has just come to my attention that ire-land / cc attempted to purchase the property behind Estes Trucking on GPR sometime in the last year. He did not succeed because Hovnanian Homes outbid him. I have that on good authority.
I wonder if he is still in the market today in order to purchase more RT real estate. (That is a rhetorical question.)
And when his eminence finds an off-site parking lot you can bet the farm we are going to see major bussing to and from - I guess hE cannot give calculations on this impact either...a real pious developer.
Let's see, with another 3 or 4 thousand parking spaces, and a regularly scheduled bussing services, hE can handle tens of thousands of the adoring throngs - perhaps it's time to consider turing GPR into a super mega-highway.....
Time for the ED planning to commence - for the good of all.
