Get prepared for it. No matter what we do in this town with regard to this matter, whether it be planning board denial, board of adjustment denial, or BOE eminent domain condemnation of the property we ARE going to be sued under RLUIPA. No sense in being surprised about it.
And that I do not think is an opinion (as most of my comments have been). I think that is a FACT (98 percent certain).
