Isn't it funny, cc goes to the DOJ about their civil rights, but ireland is right there when trying to deny others their civil rights(gays and marriage). Since marriage does not have to be performed in a church and you need a license from town hall, it's not a religious matter in this context.
"We are offended that such a holy institution should be used for ideological and political purposes for which it was never intended," said the Rev. David Ireland, senior pastor of Christ Church of Montclair. "Marriage has deeply rooted civil and societal benefits that have been recognized by government spanning hundreds of generations and should not be redefined from a political, judicial or social perspective in this generation. Upholding marriage is a crucial quality-of-life issue that will affect future generations to come."
Funny, "marriage shouldn't be redefined from a political, judicial or social perspective" with that said, land use shouldn't be redefined from a religious perspective.
Boy ireland you really are something else. Why are you the only one with civil rights?
