In the conversation of thread 5909, hoseline talks up putting a technical college campus at 140 GPR, regardless of the environment impact or zoning laws (5909.2.1.1 - "You can have this land zoned anyway you want if you propse it properly. What environmental issues.") Again - is his hope to have REAL Rockaway Township residents say "Hey - we really don't care about the environment or zoning - we just want to keep THOSE people out"???
...Let's continue to look at his statements....Although he now seems to prefer the technical college campus, it was only a day ago, when he (in 5895) proposed senior housing at 140 GPR - "lager enough to construct a senior communuity with all sorts of on site facilities such as: medical, recreational and social so the seniors would not even have to leave the grounds for care and pleasures."....Ah - looks like his proposal of yesterday is different than cc, but also massive - perhaps all in the hopes of having REAL Rockaway Township residents agree that a MEGA-proposal is great - just not that church's mega-proposal?!?
Lastly, what's hoseline's tie to Rockaway Township? In post 5909.2.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1. he tells us his agenda for 140 GPR - "My agenda is not to have my taxes go so high that I have to move out. I live in the Birchwood area so I would not be directly impacted by the traffic."
Welcome to Birchwood, Mr. hose...but wait, there's more...way back at the end of July (7/28 to be exact), in post 5771 polejock complained about the goings on with the Rockaway BOROUGH board of education - "Rockaway Borough School Board has agreed to give Superintendent Emil Suarez huge raise of approx 30% over the next couple of years." Mr. hose, replied (in 5771.1) that "This raise is discraceful . No know is worth that kind of my especially when money is tight. [grammatical errors] My taxes are high enough without giving this guy a 30% raise."
So which is it hose? You tell us you live in Birchwood, but complain about the increase of your ROCKAWAY BOROUGH school taxes, even stating (post 5771.1) that "I am definately going to the next (Rockaway Borough) school board meeting and will register my complaint." You bait us in a lame attempt to have REAL residents make racial or anti-religious statements. One day you propose senior housing at 140 GPR telling us to not worry about environment or zoning and only a day later, you trash the seniors in favor of a technical college campus.
