"proposing to raze part of the existing structure and doubling up some church and school activities" How does that cut down on the amount of people tying up GPR? CC just doesn't get it. Size isn't just about building, size is the amount of people that will be there. It seems they appear to be conforming to RT's zoning by making these cuts and doesn't it look good for them that they are doing so, but the residents are basically against this because of the SIZE OF THE ATTENDEES.! Get it! Too many people still. Parsippany's zoning board denied the "town center" because of the resident's concern about traffic in just a couple of meetings. What is taking RT so long to address this issue? It's not the size of the building. It's underground parking, it's the tying up of our roads, our emergency services, our environment, noise, pollution. Why hasn't cc addressed these issues? These issue hold the most weight and are of the most concern to RT residents. This is what will sink or swim cc, not the gothic style towers or windows. "Kenneth Gruskin, discussed a variety of reductions aimed at mollifying local opponents who say the project is too big" This mollifying isn't what opponents are seeking. Get it cc, you are TOO BIG IN THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE!!
