I have found nothing regarding schools and RLUIPA, unless it's a Religious School. Remember the name is for RELIGIOUS USE and INSTITUTIONALIZED PERSONS...NOT SCHOOLS

any other land use law if it is indeed for the betterment of a Township, Local government, etc...has been used a million times all over our great nation.
Do not lose sight of the fact that all CC has is an offer on this property - this is an issue that will be negotiated between RT and Agilent if it is deemed the best location for our needed school expansion. CC is the third wheel on that romantic date, but they still have a conditional use request before our town planning board - they will be afforded all fairness under the law as to the application before the board - it just may be a dead issue as eminent domain trumps a variance application hands down.
