Obviously he is playing head games with us in a lame attempt to instigate trouble.  He knows very well what was stated - that 15% of the traffic heading towards 140 GPR would be coming from Sanders, but continues to play dumb.  It was clearly stated the first time when I said "how many cars he [cc traffic expert] expects to be heading to 140 GPR from Sanders Rd (I believe it was somewhere near 15% - testimony was months ago and I didn't write it down) and if a survey was taken of WML residents askings them if they'd attend cc @ 140 GPR (who else would come from Sanders other than WML residents?). "


Obviously our eagle eyed friend is NOT offering his Opinion (which would be Welcome), but ONLY looking to be an INSTIGATOR.  Of course, as the board operator, you can form your own opinion as to his intentions, but I feel they are clear...

All I'm trying to determine is the number of cars we're talking about.  Don't you think that's important?  Does 15% represent 1 car or 50, I think that's a reasonable question why do you think asking is being an instigator?


It's okay if the number is not know or are able to get a sense of what 100% is.  Perhaps someone will ask the expert or the information will somehow be presented.

I don't know what you're refering to but you  and I have never discussed this before.  Really, it wasn't me or any nickname I've ever used.  But that's okay, I've made my point.  Thanks

Your point being that you don't understand what it means when someone says "15% of 1,000 cars going northbound on Green Pond Road come out of Sanders Road"?

OK, fair enough.

I think this subject is now a dead horse.
