How about an up or down Planning Board vote on Christ Church? What could it hurt? The Board complains about too many revisions, incomplete data, threats, etc. There's enough info to give Ireland the boot. Why don't they?
There's something called procedures eAGLE. Planning Boards and School Ethics Committees like to follow them. Pay attention more and maybe you'll get it. Not too bright, are you sUSAN.
Let us say as a hypothetical example that some unscrupulous character files a frivolous complaint with oh...let's say a School Ethics Committee. The Committee doesn't just vote him an idiot and tell him never to come back, they merely tell him his complaint is frivolous...and when he comes back a second time, they STILL just tell him he's frivolous (maybe a little louder)...They actually wait for the THIRD time he filesone of his frivolous complaints to FINE him (can you say increasing penalties for wasting the committee's time?), and of course, they also fine him on the FOURTH time he appears before them with yet again, another frivolous complaint...You see, I'm SURE the School Ethics Committe would love to vote someone like this a non-entity, not worthy of being allowed to file complaints and ban him for life from fiiling his MORE frivolous complaints, but they can't; they are bound by rules, and so they follow them...just as our planning board does now.
So sUSAN, when can we expect to see a FIFTH frivolous complaint? Do you think the ethics committee will fine this hypothetic complainter more the FIFTH time?
You seem to WANT our planning board to rush to judgement and act in haste and against the law. I wonder why you want them to do so?
