IT's true about adam. I just did a goggle search on adam and NASD. It comes up with disciplinary action on him. Says he did forger names. Lisa please don't say this is slander when it is true.
NASD is a self regulatory agency. Classifications of violations are broad in definition. Yes, the person posting information that Adam has a 'criminal' history has lied. The administrative issue that the NASD addressed with Adam has nothing to do with the matters at hand and at no time was there any money involved. The customer gave consent and requested the transaction in question, and filed NO complaint. The NASD issues are administrative/record keeping. The person claiming I have broken any law or damaged someones property has also lied.
Do not attempt to defame people any further. Our attorney has all of the infromation and we will be moving forward through all available legal processes.
This issues has NOTHING to do with the size, scope or magnitude of the application submitted for the 140 Green Pond Road site. The damage to the environment, community and roadways are the issues of concern. Your veiled attempts to appear as if you are "anti" the application is not going to fly. We do have access to your IP address and all of the names you have posted under.
