Here is a quote from Ireland (this was related to me via our real estate agent who spoke with someone at the listing agency {Staubach}). Ireland said this to someone at the listing agency, folks:
"I am bringing my church to that property come Hell or High Water."
"He must feel VERRRRRY confident about something if he closed on a property he's not approved to alter to suit his needs hmmm?"

Yup and he certainly is putting his money where his mouth is. And now, RT, our tax revenue goes poof on that property as soon as it is closed on by a so called church.
My eminent domain theory has gotta be looking better to some of you.
