Seriously. All emotions aside. This law breaks the unbreakable covenant that allows states to govern themselves. This basic root of democracy has never been challenged or disputed by any office until now. This law has the Federal Government telling local government what they can or can't do within their borders. This is simply not the role of the Fed.
CC has the right to worship in any way they wish. I find that wonderful. BUt, this location is simply not ideal for their purpose.
I wish the good members of Christ Church lick in their search.

Actually, I think the last dispute on State vs Federal was called the Civil War
what happened in your life that made you support each and every liberal cause out there?
you know what liberals do best? give away the hard earned money of american citizens through inane and frivilous social programs.
do you utilize any of these programs, teddy?
as a tax-paying american, i am offended that the liberal scum of this country dips it's hands into my pocket and gives away my money to causes that i do not support.
now what causes define that statement:
-- increased welfare for individuals who insist on having children they cannot afford (forced NORPLANT would solve this one) -- drug rehabs (just OD already) -- subsidized public housing (HUD is a joke, right Ted?) -- health care reform (unless we turn into a communist country, the United States government is NOT responsible for your health care. most companies will pay for your health insurance, so get your ass to work, right Ted?)
you know what Ted, maybe it is time for a second civil war. except this one should be used to rid the country of the leeches and barnacles that are doing nothing more than sucking the life from this country.
By the way Ted, the sixties are over. and guess what, the protests and the speeches, the marches and the martyrdom; none of it really made the world that much better of a place, now did it. have you watched the news lately? i'm sure you have.
what it did was pollute our courts system to the point where there really is no more constitution, and everyone now has the right to do anything they want without having to answer for their actions.
