My question to Ted Doty was:  “Please let me know which of these documents you have reviewed and then provide factual support as to why you claim CC is right for this location.”

 His response was:

 “Quit hopping all over the place.  You and your friends have said numerous times that the issues are traffic, taxes, and stress on infrastructure.  The reports you mention are tools used to determine the impact of those issues.  They don’t conclude that a particular impact is too much or has a worse effect than another.  That takes human intelligence. 

 Clearly, any alternative you and yours has ever mentioned has an increased negative impact on the issues. 

 When this is pointed out to you, you generally claim that you’re reacting to the CC application, not other alternatives.  How dare you?  You rally forces against CC and then turn you back; leaving the town in worse shape than if the church had succeeded. 

  The charges of racism stem from your nonsensical argument “

Ted, in short you are so far off base you need to get directions to the field.  Please provide me with specific information as to why you feel this is a good plan for Rockaway Twp.  Your comments regarding alternatives do not merit a response as we are not in a position to suggest any other entities, as they do not exist.  We can only evaluate the plan in hand, which is full of concerns based on its magnitude, scope and size.  Please cite specifically why you think this is a good plan.

Further – a “do-gooder”, by definition is a good thing, otherwise it would be called a “do-badder”.
