The following is from the Star Ledger (online) article. They make it sound like Agilent has 421,000 existing square feet of building....What's the current square footage?
Christ Church, led by the Rev. David Ireland, has an option to buy a vacant 421,000-square-foot industrial building -- the former Agilent Technologies site on 107 acres off Green Pond Road -- for a 500-pupil elementary school with 22,000 square feet of office space, a 12,000-square-foot gym, fitness center, dining hall and worship area with a 3,000-seat capacity.
Obviously, the Star Ledger reporter was not there at the end or he would have properly listed a July 1st date instead of June 30:
More meetings are planned at the Morris Knolls High School on Franklin Avenue to accommodate the large crowds. In addition to April 21, there are meetings on May 19 and June 30, both at 8 p.m.
Clearification - the date of the meeting is June 30th, the applicant has offered an extention to the planning board until July 1, 2004. This was not very clear but this is the case.
Thanks Lisa. I was under the impression that they moved it to July 1.
What about the square footage - what's the current size of Agilent? I'd like to email the S. L. author so he can correct his mis-statement that they currently have 412,000 sq. feet.
