So many new names on the nj.com board. It makes your head
I wonder if we have any Christ Church members pretending to be Rockaway Township citizens?
If we did, would they lie about it if asked? I would hope that they wouldn't. Maybe we should develop a master set of questions to ask all the imposters on that board.
Here are a few to start with, but if we all work together, we should be able to come up with a more complete list of questions for the multiple clones we keep seeing:
Are you a Christ Church employee?
Are you a consultant hired directly or indirectly by Christ Church?
Are you paid by Christ Church in any way?
Are you a Christ Church member?
Do you live in Rockaway Township?
Do you stand to benefit personally if Christ Church moved to Rockaway Township?
Do you care about the future of Rockaway Township?
Do you post under other pseudonyms?
Hey - it's a start. Anyone have other questions to add? I'd like to see these questions posed to all the imposters.
As a side point. Have you noticed that not TWO (you had to ruin a perfect record, didn't you tED) Christ Church supporter will say who they are while many who oppose Christ Church freely sign there name...
I wonder why they are so secretive with their identities.
Oh - my identity? I have posted it many times. I didn't feel this message needed to be signed...
While I agree with your idea, there really is no way of holding the bogus posters on nj.com accountable. Our best hope is that most people reading that forum will quickly deduce that there is a major flaw in place - namely that pro CC supporters are allowed free rein, while any challenge put forth by concered RT citizens are quietly flushed...the powers that be over at the Star Ledger seem content to let this bias continue. Frustrating as it is, I believe the best thing we can all do is ignore the rantings, and not find ourselves baited into juvenile bickering with Todd and his ilk.
True - there is no way to hold them responsible. However, if the people posting are being paid for their work - and it ever comes out that they lied about it, that's a big win for Rockaway Township. If the posters are Christ Church members, would they lie if asked their identity? Maybe they would ignore the question, but would a good Christian lie???
