If Agilent has given information to the effect that I did not leave on any grounds other than on a voluntary basis, then they have lied and will face a lawsuit for defaming me. Thanks for the information. This may be my lucky day. I feel like I have won a lottery!

Maier is correct. No personnel dept.or official Corp. spokesperson will state that a former employee was been fired. At best, you only get dates of employment.

Some say there are "code" words but one needs to know an insider to obtain the truth.

Unfortunately, Ted is correct. My lawyer just had a "third party" call HP and Agilent to find out my past employment status by pretending to be a perspective employer of mine. My Lawyer told me that a Federal ID number for the perspective employer was required to gain access to the database. So, those that want to try this will need one of these numbers. All that they would provide is my salary history, my date of hire and my date of resignation. Shucks. And I had high hopes that I had won the lottery. Oh, well - - - wish me better luck next time.

ttt - Here are the answers to your questions:

1. I did not get fired from HP / Agilent.

2. My wife and I are on a fixed income

3. I was one of the top 3 engineers in terms of performance evaluations at the New Jersey Division of Hewlett Packard / Agilent here in RT. I was one of three Engineers on the coveted 62 pay curve. The rest were on the 60 curve. (Lower means less money for a given rank)

4. I never got into a fist fight at Agilent. As a matter of fact, the last time that I have been in a fist fight was when I was 16 years olde in High School (Cranford, NJ).

Anything else you would like to know about me? I will profer that I still get an erection without needing Viagra. Does that help any?

One other thing. I, Craig Maier, have never signed onto nj.com. Why? Because of all the problems that I have been made aware of there. So, if there has been someone named "Craig Maier" that has been banned, it is not the one from RT --- there is only one of me here in this town and I am the real thing.
