Counter-Suit?

Isn't it against the law to lie under oath?  Isn't it against the law to present false information to a governing board?  Isn't it against the law to present one governing body one set of data while providning another governing body different data?

Isn't it worth considering filing a counter law suit against CC and Ireland?

Because this man and his agency have been acting in bad faith, I think that we should ask for the following:

1. Compensatory damages for wasting the precious human resources to hear his application by the PB whilst he acted in bad faith during its process.

2. Pain and suffering damages for all of us in town (each and every one of us) who had to endure this fiasco over the last two years.

3. Punitive Damages for lying under oath and providing misleading information to several government agencies.

There are so many issues here that are possible.  Give it a little time to sort itself out a bit more.  This is going to be a LONG road.
