the law is on the side of CC. That's why a few people along GPR are running scared and complaining about every little thing from a parking deck, to traffic lights to a little extra wait on getting onto Rt. 80. This is not Utah, this is Jersey. CC has followed the letter of the law and it seems to be RT who is rewriting the law as it goes along. Traffic lights are popping up all over the township, why should GPR be an exception? I think GPR should be widened to a four lane highway from Rt. 80 to Rt. 23.

I love it....turn greenpond into a 4 lane highway. LOL
