Maybe you folks should ask the little tin god to do the right thing and turn himself into the DEP, as Lisa has suggested. Maybe a town petition will do the job?? I am sure that he will report the discrepencies in his plans as soon as he is aware of them and hears the public outcry; after all he is a man of himself. That will then solve the entire problem, right? Then, he will loose his Highlands exemption!!
