Ted...I believe that one of your posts alluded to schools being involved in the resolution of the CC application. Can you offer any additional information on that? I thought that the thinking was that this site was too large. Thanks.
Yes, the Agilent Property is more land than needed (if any is needed at all).
Turtletaub (district's Land use Atty) and the architect drew up maps of only the land needed, I guess the remainder of land can be used for CC, open space, another Corp, etc.
You spent the month of December talking about the school fix coming 'any day now' for 140 Green Pond Rd. It was promised by you in December, but yet didn't appear.
Could it possibly be that you were wrong? Where's our fix???
The process is still ongoing and the repot of the schools committe is due 3/31. I've explained the Dec issue after speaking with the land use atty. Keep up!
