Citizens of Rockaway Township,

A challenge has been issued to jay44.

He has made a statement that if found to be a lie, would be considered libelous.

The only 'fact' that keeps him out of trouble is that he, as usual, gives hints as to who he is talking about, but does not name them.

Here is the challenge to jay44:

Jay44 states that "a member of the small group against this [Christ Church's application] felt the need to attack the reporter". He adds that "the police almost had to help the reporter get away"

Jay has been challenged to:

1) Name the 'small group'

2) Name the person who 'attacked the reporter'

3) Name the reporter involved

Simply put, if jay44 speaks the truth, these 'facts' would be simple to produce.

If jay44 is an habitual liar, by listing names, he would of course be libeling whomever he names.

Jay44 - we await your response. Please do not change the topic. Please do not accuse me of being angry, being silly, being filled with hate, or any of your other lame statements. I only seek the truth from you. Please tell us of who you speak - if you speak the truth, you will be set free.

But you do keep us laughing. I guess you forgot the group already like many others. The daily record has written about them and the conflict of interest they had with the school site committee. Did you read where they were asked to leave the committee? They left right after that. Do you read the daily record?

jay44 told some lies about Rockaway Township residents (see 3529 - top of this thread for a copy of his post)

I asked him to tell us who he was talking about...His response to me:

I told him we wanted to know the names of the people of whom he speaks (lies)

This is getting more fun by the moment - jay44's dilemma - help, i'm trapped in a lie and can't get out...list the names of people he's lying about and he libels them...So what does he do??? Calls me names...I'm silly, I'm angry.

Truthfully, I might not be silly, but I am a bit giggly now - having a TON of fun playing games with this habitual liar who still can not give answers.

You made some libelous statements - that if proven to be lies (which they are) could land you in a LOAD of trouble if you name names.

If you tell the truth, you have nothing to fear from naming the people you speak of.

I'll tell you what jay44 - I'll go to sleep now...You think about posting the names. We all want to know who these vicious attackers from a small group are and what group they are from.
