I recieved a rather long email directly from the Commisioner of the DEP - Bradley Campbell. He stated that "the Gov. requested I respond to your letter of Sept. 29, 2004".
In short there was a great deal of double talk and finger pointing. While it was signed by Mr. Campbell it appeared to have been written by an attorney. The theme was 'dont blame us, blame the politicians'.
Within the letter it gave clear inditcations on what would be qualified for an exemption, it was also clear that the letter did not describe the CC plan at all, and based on the letter, CC would not qualify.
I turned over a copy of the letter to those who may find it useful and YES Mr. Whinestein I have given a copy to the town, as is my right to do so.
Have a nice weekend,
Lisa

The Christ Church Plan for the redevelopment of 140 Green Pond Rd is just too big for the area.
Awsome - perhaps the next DEP official to review it's current exemption will be armed with a little more of the facts about the re-devolpment plans for 140 GPR.
