In the citizen (rag that it is) today, mR integrity claims that CC will only use 17,000 gallons a day - does anyone know if 140 GPR even has an allocation anymore???
What a load of horsesh#t CC mailed out today!! It is remakable that ireland has all sorts of opinions when he has a captive press to speak to, yet clams up and plays dumb when in front of the planning board. Hopefuly this tactic will come back to haunt him when the PB has to fill in all the blanks.
I was wondering a similar thought. If Ireland can speak so freely to the press about the plans why cant he speak to the planning board so freely?
It is a question that I hope will be raised in the appropopriate forum.
The gallons have not been approved to my knowledge as of yet and Agilent had approval for 20K - how can a school, gyms (showers), offices AND a sanctuary for 2700+ (large and small ones) use less than an office building???

The Christ Church Plan for the redevelopment of 140 Green Pond Rd is just too big for the area.
There is another facet to the sewerage problem that needs to be considered, which is the peak to average load ratio on the system (crest factor). When ones has a 10,000 person church, with services once per week, the peak load will be much higher than the average load produced by a much smaller institution. And, of course, the sewarage treatment facility must be constructed to handle the PEAK load, not the average.
The same logic applies to the water supply system.
