As you may know, McGreevey ordered that the fast track process not be implemented for at least seven months. He signed this executive order on Friday. I wonder what IMPACT (my favorite word since Ireland started using it for his so called IMPACT Ministries with its Dunn and Bradstreet rating) that this will have on the already Highlands exempted cc project. Is Irelands exemption grandfathered? Does anyone know? I was unable to find that detail in my research.
I chatted with a lawyer about this to get an educated opinion. The land use lawyer suggests that this decision will have no IMPACT on the pre-existing exemption that Ireland has already achieved. Ain't that just dandy!
