Or are you going to just sit around and pray for something else to come along and save the township? Well, if we do not help ourselves, nobody else will, and the good Lord has given us the tool needed to confiscate the property.

And do not say that the township can not afford the legal fight; it can not afford not to engage that fight up to the Supreme Court. And, the township would prevail in that endeavour. Ask yourselves, "Who has more money to fight a protracted legal battle - - - Ireland or Rockaway Township?"
