Addressing One of BR's Posts

I decided to start a new thread in order to address the following post made by BR which went as follows:

This is the quote from BR regarding my comment "Condem the Land Now Before It's Too Late":

"Not so fast.....we always have this in our back pocket. It will take a couple more years to address all the environmental impacts that are being proposed. Let's enjoy Agilents tax money in the meantime."  BR

The reason not to keep this in our back pocket is the cost to the township.  Here is my analysis of the cost issue.  The longer that we string this clown along, the more costs he will be accrueing in terms of Lawyer bills, PR firm bills, engineering, planner, architect, road experts, etc, etc, etc.  When we condem the land, he will sue and that you can take to the bank.  The First component of any lawsuit will be for "Financial Compensatory Damages."  Those consist of the abovementioned costs plus a few more.

Next, he can add a second component to the lawsuit called "Pain and Suffering Compensation".  That could be anything in terms of numbers, but it most certainly will be tied to how long he and his circus of fools was in so called "Pain".  That could be a very big number because this has been going on for over a year now and his flock is huge.  Multiply ones pain and suffering by 5000, not to mention the anointed ones pain and suffering which will be huge.

Lastly, he has already told the world his intentions on CBS news about 8 months ago.  He sees this as a racial issue and stated that publically.  That means that, if he prevails on the first two components of the lawsuit, he is entitled to persue a third component called "Punitive Damages".  There, he would be required to demonstrate that we used race to prevent him from comming in to town with his Megamostrosity.  If he wins that one, the calculation for those damages are as follows:

Total Compensation = (Compensatory Damages + Pain and Suffering Damages) + 3 X (Compensatory Damages + Pain and Suffering Damages)

You did not know that, right?  Wow, right?  BTW - - - to add insult to injury - - - notice that we will even be paying for his PR companies services after the lawsuit if we loose it.

Therefore, I say that we stop playing little games with this clown at the planning board meetings and just condem the land now.  We are guaranteed a lawsuit no matter any other outcome other than "Ireland gets what he wants - - - and ultimately all that he wants!"

Condem the Land Now, Before It's Too Late!
