I will not be able to go into great details on this subject at this time but I can tell you this was a good day for the people of Rockaway Twp. It was not the best day for those wishing to re-develope the property at 140 Green Pond Rd. Sometimes good things happen those who work to protect the environment, the community and the water Having a little faith in the system can actually pay off in the long run.

The Christ Church Plan for the redevelopment of 140 Green Pond Rd is just too big for the area.
Hell I bet a ball of yarn would get his attention! I am sure he will read this too.
There are really important matters out there that could use some attention and do the public some good, it would sure be nice to see a NEWS paper report on these issues.
