Since several of you seem intent on spreading false information regarding my background, I'll clear it all up for you.
I have nothing to hide. I have no criminal background of any shape or form. The charges several of you have suggested are completely without merit. I will give those of you that have made such charges (BJ, Craig Maier) one chance to acknowledge that your comments regarding my background are completely fabricated.
If such statements are not made on this board then those individuals should be prepared to defend themselves in court. Since you all realize that I am living in NC, then the suits will be filed in NC courts. You will be required to come to this state to defend yourselves.
Let this post also serve notice to Scott & Karen Stark, owners of this forum, to remove all postings that contain allegations against me. Failing to remove such posts will evidence complicity of the owners of this forum in the malicious actions of those who have posted untrue statements.

If churches engage in such practice, then crap on them. Besides, your brothers church is one in name only. As for the Jewish situation, I note the following:
1. A devout Roman Catholic friend of ours is the Administrator of a local Synagogue in this area.
2. The Shul to which I attend employs some folks who are not Jewish.

Frankly, I was actually surprised that you would repeat something that you have no proof of. But in any case, you wrote it. I am giving you the chance to admit that you have no knowledge of my legal status. Please take advantage of this opportunity and save yourself bigger problems.

There is more than enough posts on his untruth forum to counter anything that he could possibly see as a threat here. Even though he has taken certain posts down, there are copies of them floating around the web in various archive sites that he has no control over. Let him threaten everyone as it shows just how desperate he has become and how much face he has already lost here in NJ. Let him file his lawsuits, let him come here and serve everyone who has ever questioned his instability and his ulterior motives for even bothering to get involved in a matter that he has not only no control over, but no legal standing on. Then let's send him another lawsuit of our own for harassment and making threat on an internet portal against certain citizens of Rockaway Township. Then let's get him deposed, seize his records by legal means, go through his phone records, internet records, server records, email records, and financial records. Again, I'll bet he has more to hide than anyone else could even dream of.
I wonder if he realizes that under deposition, everything about his life can come out including what his grades were in first and second grades. He is truely a moron who has not spoken to a lawyer yet before shooting off his mouth on this forum.
But I will say that if he sues me, my billable rate for engineering consulting work is $150 per hour. Any time that I loose due to depositions and courtroom appearances will be countersued for with treble damages sought as compensation due to the frivolous nature of his lawsuit. And, I really like that idea alot. I never have made $450 per hour before!

ps - and I would love to visit the outer banks again; I sort of look at it as tacking on a little business with pleasure.
