When will the town vote on the PB decision?

Was wondering when the town will vote on the PB's October decision to approve the CC application with the 45 conditions? Does anyone know? Thanks.

As I understand it CC is holding up the resolution and yet again they are stalling because they do not like the conditions, which the board had every right to impose based on their testimony.

Have a nice holiday!

Thanks for the information. That's interesting. I would have thought that since they had every oportunity to present their case they would have had to accept the board's decision or contest it in court. Do they now get to play let's make a deal and does the town have to play along?

My guess is the town can continue to play games with Ireland or tell him to take it or leave it. They are in control. Everything was done to the letter of the law. The testimony is on record.

I will share the advice I give my kids with Mr Ireland. When you lie, it may get you out of the situation you are in at that moment.... but it will always come back to bite you in the end.
