OK - now that you have read it, do you still think that RT has the right to place those restrictions on clowns circus? If so, please state which line in which paragraph seems to indicate that sort of latitude.
Exactly the point that I continued to make all along. The only chance we had was to prevent it from the beginning. Once approved in any form, nothing will stop him from expanding. Does anyone actually think that RT is going to shut them down for having too many attendees some Sunday? How about when they increase the membership and have to go back to 5 services each Sunday? RLUIPA, RLUIPA, RLUIPA. Then you are definitely trying to restrict their worship. Fighting that one wouldnt even be worth the phone call.
