Hundreds of people at 140

yesterday. Saw 150 cars. I wonder if mister ireland obtained a c.o. for entertaining there yet?

Even if he did not, I wonder who would dare even think of trying to stop him? That is the same question that I ask myself with respect to the 2500 person occupancy that he has indicated for that sanctuary. What is to stop him from setting up 5000 seats or even more after the PB approves his circus?

Does anyone here think for a nanosecond that if that happened that anyone in RT would try to clamp down on him? Not a chance!

The bigger problem that I see, is that even if they were to enforce the occupancy rate, there is absolutely nothing to stop him from expanding to 15k people and going back to multiple services each Sunday or other days of the week as well. If they have more then the proposed 2 services on Sunday, then all of the surveys, applications, impact studies, etc become even more worthless because the equation has completely changed, yet he remains within the requirements of the occupancy rate at any one time. Instead of a "manageable problem" for a few hours every Sunday, we get a "manageable problem" 24x7. I think that makes even a "manageable problem" an unmanageable one.

Maybe the reality situation is a hybrid of your theory and mine. More specifically, he runs 6 circus acts each Sunday while still providing seating for 5,000 or more. In both scenarios, there is nothing that the authorities would do about it. In short, RT becomes a big circus act and will be toast in so far as being a civilized township in which to live.

But the only important thing is this:

ireland will be happy and even more wealthy than he is now.

They had a similar event in the Spring. It was probably like one those time-share scams, get the people in, give them lunch and a big sales pitch on how wonderful the place will be, then collect the checks.

All I can say is I hope the PB has hired some REAL legal experts on the subject and are not relying solely on Dimmins council for the voting decision. In the end, it's not about traffic, quality of life, religion, being nice guys, the DEP, etc. It comes down to who can find the legal loop-holes.

The legal loop hole is Chucks favorite saying;

Just Say No.

That reason that is true is simple and the perogative of the PB. RT has much more money than ireland, as rich as the sob is. We can run him around the court system for the next 10 years if we so choose. Hopefully, we can cause him to go bankrupt in the process.

That is one way to say "Good Bye, Ireland"

The only other way is ED. And, the DEP is going to give an approval, ultimately. Perhaps he will have to eliminate his ball field or some small nothing like that.

Well this explains it:

"The Christ Church Center for Business Excellence
The Christ Church Center for Business Excellence will host its first seminar Saturday, September 23rd, 2006, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Rockaway campus. The seminar topics are: Developing a Winning Strategy, Evolving Technology, and Finance for Non-Financial Managers. You may register in the Narthex or call the church office during regular business hours @ 973.783.1010 ext. 130."

1) I demand that the next time they try to pull this kind of stunt, our Fire Marshall shuts them down. Last I read they have approval for 50 workers on site.

2) What exactly does this type of seminar have to do with "protected religious" rights?

John Q asks:

"What exactly does this type of seminar have to do with "protected religious" rights?"

----------------------------------------------------------

You must be kidding! It has everything to do with his protected religious rights. His god is the almighty dollar and he worships it.

Any more questions???

I'm not sure what it has to do with "protected religious" rights?"

But it answers the question to one of his books, "What Color is Your God"

Answer: Green

By the way he stole this tiltle from a book that was written 5 years prior, just Google it.

OK, BR - - - just exactly who is going to tell ireland that running business seminars are not an expression of his religious faith? Are you serious?

Furthermore -

I will wager 10 to 1 odds on any amount of money that no Fire Marshall or anyone else here in RT will say anything about his use of that facility - EVER!

As for the theft of a book title, is anyone surprised? He is the antithesis of a moral character, so what do you expect from him?

And here is the link that BR referred to:

http://www.amazon.com/What-Color-Your-God-Multicultural/dp/0801057450

Note: For some reason this bbs inserts an extra space between two digits of the last 3 which I can not eliminate. But, paste it in and then eliminate it and you will see who was the real clever person who came up with that book title.
