As the staff of CC can confirm I was visiting 140 Green Pond Rd today with a woman who is extremely well versed in matters of the environment, over development and other issues.
She had some very interesting observations and will be taking appropriate action. For obvious reasons I will not post her name nor her profession as we well know that the CC PR team uses this board as an information stream.
I will say this there are many many T's that have not been crossed and a ton of I's without dots. Many of these appear to have mislead people at the DEP and other agencies such as the DOJ and even the Becket Fund.
The longer this moves on the more tangled the CC web proves to be.

The truth wins out over slick PR and personal attacks.
The Christ Church Plan for the redevelopment of 140 Green Pond Rd is just too big for the area.
If there is a need to know where are of the various chemical process were carried out on the HP premesis, I can provide that information. As you know, I worked there for 18 years and am well familiar with what was done and where. Providing me with a set of blueprints for the facility would suffice; I do not need to visit the joint.
As for crossing all of the "T's", the only ones cc wants to cross are those vertical elements that sit atop his huge steeples.
