Interesting - that map clearly shows the buildable sections of 140 GPR as being in the Preservation Area

I agree. Also, note that the GPR and Meriden Rd intersection are within 300 feet of a stream, the Hibernia brook. I thought that folks are not permitted to construct within that distance of such a stream? Are churches or counties or townships exempted from that requirement? Isn't the construction of a traffic light a form of construction near a stream? Will the bridge over the stream need to be re-built? Isn't that kind of intrusive?
