From time to time I feel sorry for Ted, today is not one of them.  This article proves that he is a fake and not someone who really cares about Rockaway Twp.  Many have stated Ted fights just to fight, his own words now back that up 100%

I never knew how Ted came to live in Rockaway Twp, now I do, for that I thank Mr. Jennings.  Those of us who know the true value of this land, those who care about the future, those of us who lost family members in the mines all around us, those of us who will remain in Rockaway Twp for generations to come know how special this place is and will protect it from harm. 

So that it is not unclear the harm that will come should the application for the redevelopment of 140 Green Pond Rd be permitted allow me to remind you:

Destruction of hundereds of trees around the wetlands.

The addition of 1000 parking spaces (currently designed to fall within the 50 ft buffer zone)

Run off water that will adversely effect the rivers to the front and rear of the property.

Traffic - 6-7 days per week. 500 kids to and from school each morning and afternoon (little if any bussing as the kids will come from out of town) 5000 people on Sundays plus "other events".

The loss of over 630K in taxes.

The demands on infrastructure - including fire and first aid that will cost us, the residents.
