That's a good idea, Ted, you can be responsible for "guessing".

The rest of us will continue to support our leaders in saving the rural flavor and charm of our area.

(Yes it's unfortunate that it's too late to "save" the mall area. Perhaps the residents of that area should've made some noise decades ago when that was on the table. But once again, this group is concerned with the magnitude of this project because it affects us here and we saw what happened to the mall area and don't want that to happen here.)

It's already been discussed, ad nauseum, that the church will sue regardless of what our town decides to do. If they don't get their way they will sue.

And God willing, Marci will be there to help us out.

We're not rolling over for these guys. I'm not anyway.

And I'm certainly not rolling over just because you're obnoxious, contradictory, and hateful.

I haven't heard anything about a "new plan" Ted.

Last I knew they had been advised to revise the ordinances because they were inadequate in protecting our community from gargantuan enterprises

Well, so far I've been correct. Thanks for acknowledging me but this isn't a conspiracy, it's a last ditch, grasping a straws effort...whatever the plan.

All I know is that Marci Hamilton has been retained as an advisor (obviously with regard to federal law) and there's talk of revising zoning ordinances (State and municipal law).

I'm just guessing there's a connection and it's difficult to navigate. Otherwise, the plan would have been the first choice and there would have been no need for the lame voRT arguments or, what I call the "Dimin stall".

The good news is voRT is over and people are begning to see that RT doesn't need to build a school.
