Patricia Kehrberger is the townships envorinmental expert. She testified at the last PB meeting. Accoring to neighbor news, she had this to say about cc's numbers:
"We just want to make sure that everthing is accurate and that what is approved is what gets implemented".
It sure makes it sound pretty clear that it is going to get approved - - - very uplifting to know, but absolutely no surprise.
We are up to 4 couples who have now fallen in love with the place - - - that is up until they find out what is going on here in RT. So, I will pass my white flag over to you if and when we finally do sell this joint.
Keep the flag rat - and do not forget I used to back you when others were less than impressed - that time is now over. My family is not going to cut and run - we will fight for the most favorable outcome for our community.
You will eventually come to realize that ireland wins and the rest of the citizens of RT loose. The most favorable outocome for your community will be something like "if the township completely approves his plan, then he will drop his lawsuits". You will also need a white flag at some point in time. You have got to realize that your townships government has let you down. They have not acted in your best interest at all on this. Had they, they would have done the right thing at the right time and used ED. (A bunch of little girly men comes to my mind) But, they were too scared to do that. Irelands PR machine worked very well.
Someday, you will see it. We are not prepared to wait for the largest church on the east coast of the US to be built here before we vote with our feet. That would be much too late for us to survive financially.
And if you do not think that this has an IMPACT on real estate values, you are living on a different planet than we are. My wife and I are living through the reality of this sad situation right now.
Many houses have sold recently on Meridan and Old Beach Glenn. Not sure why yours is not. Also new construction in the hibernia section are selling for over 1M.
and don't read into that quote. town leaders and PB don't want this any more than the residents do. Public officials have to maintain a level of professionalism, especially when you are dealing with under-handed businessmen like mr. ireland and his legal and pr machine
I will let you folks know when this home sells and what it sells for. All that I can tell you right now is that we paid 517K for it 17 years ago when it was new; we are the orgininal owners. When you have that information, then you can decide on your own if ireland has had any IMPACT on RT.
Fair enough? Or are you not interested in knowing? (so that you can remain like Ostriches) If you are not interested, we shall keep that information to ourselves.
The house on Old Beach Glen closed this month for over 700k. It cost 250k new 12 years ago and an addition was recently put over the gargage before selling. That house is smaller than yours.
Well, I guess that I am just making it all up. What can I say. You know, I love to invent stories here. Those 4 couples who said that they were not interested as soon as they found out about the church were just a figment of my own imagination.
But one thing is clear. There is still a 4 sale sign on the front lawn, I think. I wonder why?
I have some bad news for you dude... you got screwed 17 years ago and you are just too damn slow to have seen it!
I have seen your house... yeh it is nice but 517K 17 yrs ago...boy oh boy did you get screwed! Sorry dude time to tally your losses and move on. Sometimes the truth hurts.
What does that have to do with people loosing interest as soon as they discover the church factor? I guess you think that there is no such factor. Joke will eventually be on you when you go to sell.
