Just checking in with everyone. Anything new on the circus monitoring front? Besides their yearly Tri-County (?) mini circus, their weekly Sunday circus, and an occasional "seminar" to prove their self importance to the community, they still haven't done a thing with the property. That must be costing them a fortune. After this length of time, if they wanted to proceed with the construction, wouldn't all the surveys and permits have to be re-applied for? Traffic loads/patterns have changed, population changed, etc. I would think that all or most of the work that was done is now outdated and need to be redone. Didn't want them then, still don't want them now. Just go away and leave us in peace. C.
