From NJ.com: 2190. Late Breaking News by NJrealtor27, 5/21/04 15:26 ET I just heard from a reliable source that Agilent has given Christ Church Right of First Refusal to purchase 140 Green Pond Road by the end of May, or they will entertain offers from other interested parties. __________________

I do not know if that is true, but it is reasonable to assume that Agilent does not want to spend the next 5 years watching RT litigate this case while they foot the legal bills. And, of course, this what will happen. __________________
