Hello Neighbors, Tonight started out very dull with more talk about the sound of air handling units and ended with more "oh we do not have that report" nonsense from the applicant. The Environmental expert for CC made his opening statements about what he was going to cover in his testimony. He refered to the property as "industrial" about a dozen times, this has not been an industrial propery for over twenty years and is zoned as OFFICE BUSINESS RESEARCH LABORATORY it is not an industrial site. He then made a statement at least 4 times as to how the plan on changing the roads to move them away from the flood plane - FYI folks the roads have not been moved from there current location, not one of the plans shows a movement of a road. Lastly, oh yes I have saved the best for last, they did not produce a plan for the envrionmental impact of the demolition of the property, nada zip nothin. The Chairman of the PB specificly asked if there was a plan and he was told NO...um we do not have one, we will get one, um it is getting late... At which point they thought it was a good time to call it a night early and all made a bee line out of the building in record time.
The next meeting is sure to be very interesting.
Good night, Lisa

The Christ Church Plan for the redevelopment of 140 Green Pond Rd is just too big for the area.
