Sorry to not see you at tonghts planning board meeting.
Give Russ a call...he was there chatting it up with a few of his other friends, I'm sure he'd like to fill you in.

tED wishes he were on the board...in the spot light... the center of attention...as he is not...he will not show up.
Ted is simply a sad fool who wishes he was Mayor....like that would ever happen
