2164.1. VORT please Your group needs to stop attacking everyone. First you seem to disagree with everyone in town. First you attack a church. Now you bother people who want a school or a compromise. What is it vort wants? Do you want to buy the land go ahead and leave the town alone.
Nice try, no one ever said that. Vort you are getting very sloppy. Go ahead buy the land if you want vort. The town is tired of your attacks on everyone.
Why does vort attack everyone?Vort attacks people in town who want a school as CC.Vort attacks people fine either way CC.Vort attacks people who want a compromise.Vort even attacks people who are against a church .What does this group vort want. Are they trying to help just vort.
2152. Vort is up late tonight by thebrewhaha, 5/18/04 0:10 ET
I think you will see. Mocking a church is not helping anyone. The rest of the town is really tired of your games vort. It makes us all look bad.
2150. I see vorts PR is at it yet again by thebrewhaha, 5/17/04 23:22 ET
Keep up the silly spin guys. I have been to the meeting vort held. They feel very angry towards this church. I am not shocked they still act this way
...Why does vort care so much about vort and so little about how they make the town look? Maybe a school is best. It will never happen if vort keeps up its attacks on a church....
2142. Is sandra talking youth center by caImRT, 5/17/04 14:23 ET
I read here on anothe rpost that a youth center might have been interested in the land awhile back. I also read it might be more of a prison then a youth center.
2139. Does anyone know if vort wants to buy the land? by RTisfree, 5/16/04 23:33 ET
They never have been against any other project. Do they want to buy the land? Or do they want to recommend a company for it?

Vort has never been elected to anything. They would never win that is why none of them run for anything. It is much easier to just form a group and claim to speak for the town. Vort cares about vort only not rockaway.
It will take time away from more important matters. Why is your group vort so in favor of a long costly court fight with town money.
2006. okay vort PR call it a day by rrtRTrrr, 5/3/04 22:13 ET
You guys have had fun made a few bucks call it a day. Let the town work on a deal with Marci leading them that everyone will like. Enough of the religious crap.
...and so it goes....
Just a sampling...The names of the posers shift like sand with the wind...They go from copying good RT residents to making up new names...But the definition of lie is clear...
Bystander thinks that this is all a game for a very simple reason. It does not effect her. She does not live in RT. Go find some other sandbox to play in. For most of us, this is real serious stuff which can completely destroy our way of life here in RT.
If you had any sense of decency, you would realize that this is set up for Rockaway township people to discuss this grave situation here in town. It is not for out of towners to have fun and make silly jokes.
Please go away and find some other debating society venue or watch Jeopardy.
The all powerful Craig Maier has spoken!! All knowledge and decision making ability reside in Craig Maier!! You must bow before the genius that is Craig Maier!!

Welcome back bystander - I see you have dusted yourself off and crawled back into the sandbox. Well, we still see "through the trees" and you apparently still enjoy a little rabble-rousing.
Enjoy yourself...the jury is still out on your intentions, I'll be watching...
rabble-rouser noun: a person who makes speeches that make people excited or angry, especially in a way that causes them to act as the person wants them to. 'Johnson was unpopular with the management because he was a well-known rabble-rouser.
rabble-rousing: adjective: 'a rabble-rousing speech'
It's actually quite interesting that that's how my presence is being perceived. Would you agree that there could actually be other as-valid, less conspiratorial, raison d'etres for my presence online?? Believe me ... if I really enjoyed/wanted to be a rabble-rouser, it wouldn't be difficult to kick things up a notch or two (to paraphrase the great chef Emeril)
...
(( the jury is still out on your intentions )) Yeah, that will always be an unfortunate byproduct of my preference to remain (for personal reasons) anonymous online.
Hopefully, though, my words and postings stand alone to represent what *I* know are *my* reasons for being here, which is, interestingly, quite the opposite of 'rabble-rouser.' (Antonyms: pacifier, peacemaker, debater).
And really, all that ultimately matters to me and me alone, eh. I've never wavered from the use of this one nickname (it would be easy to use other nicknames at times, to avoid the inevitable comebacks I know ahead of time that I'm going to receive) ... and it's not my nature to get into the pettiness, the name-calling and the 'yes-I-am, no-you're-not' mantras.
Without discontinuing to being anonymous, it's probably impossible for it to be any other way, I know that. I'm OK with it, too.
