It appears there is a split in the ranks. Emotional vORT supporters don't want CC but the logical ones recognize that a school is not needed, may be illegal and is without a doubt, more expensive.

I'm not the one confusing the two. You, John, Lisa and Adam tried to lock the two together by joining the facilities committee in the first place.
