I for one would have a major problem with a school sharing space with a church (or company) comprised of that many commuters and out of towners each and every day of the week, and the occasional festival attendees from around the country.
You can call me an isolationist if you want, but I moved here after I saw that the schools were mainly in protected areas out of the views mass traffic, and I do not wish to have the schools patrolled with massive amounts of security and guards as witnessed in some of the more rural areas.
I do not see that the town would be sharing that space with a church or business if the town condems part of the property for a school. What I believe would happen is that the town would condem the best part of the property for its own use rendering the remaing property pretty useless, or at least that is my hope. Certainly, after condeming part of the property, Ireland is going to see his 25,000 member kingdom going down the drain at that locale. He will have to take his game elsewhere to a much larger venue in order to accomodate his projected growth (a number that he has yet to share with the town). But, we know what it is nonetheless.
