He is here to fan the flames of religious beliefs. This has started more wars throughout history than any other cause. Good tactic CC spin-miester.
If we ignore the rabble rousers and stick to the real issues we will get through the nightmare that CC would like to visit upon our hometown.
I hope the busses arrive soon - the ones carrying our children!! That is the logical solution for our great town. We need a school, this is the best location.
In a different thread Matthew claims he is a resident and has review the matter and knows there is no way the Christ Church application can be turned down. Thanks Matt for this statement, I now know that nothing you say holds any credibility.
After careful review with several attorneys, planners, and other specialists in the area of zoning/planning, there are hundereds of ways this application can be denied. Some are very difficult, some rather simple - the fact remains there are MANY ways this application can be denied.
My belief is that CC can't "legally" be kept out if they abide by all the current regulations. Yes, many methods can be used by the planning board to deny their application, but a court may reverse any PB decision. I believe that was the case in Sayreville, wasn't it?
Feel free to call me a fraud, but all of my "fact" statements have been true. My opinions are just that, so they can't really be put in the "fact" category, and be checked for accuracy. (Although information about where I live and who I work for really are irrelevant).
Regarding fraudulent statements, attacks on CC and Ireland's character are relevant.
Attacks like your statement that implied that CC's PR firm set up the movie event for them are relevant. That is a "fact" statement. It is either true or false. You have yet to provide the evidence to back it up. If you have no information to back it up, it is a fraudulent statement.
If you have information to back it up, please share it.
It appears that Matthew thinks he has researched the Sayerville case, head back to the books and read again. The problems with the application that was presented were far different than those posed to Rockaway Twp.
Re the PR Firm, Matthew re-read my posting it clearly states the purpose of ANY PR firm.
You have been very clear in your views and opinions and it is clear to me that the good people of Rockaway Twp know the type of person you are.
I believe the relevant point about Sayreville is that the case went to court and the town lost. I don't have all the details on that case and have not studied as you have. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Regarding your statement about PR firms, your lack of an explanation of how you know that CC's PR firm set up the movie event leads me to the conclusion that you have no explanation and that you simply originated or passed on this rumor. That is very telling.
